Shopping on Amuze is fast and easy. We have daily collections that expire after 24 hours. Once the collection expires it is no longer accessible so keep that in mind.

Items are returnable for an Amuze credit only and must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be sent back in the same condition it was sent with all tags, packaging etc. Unfortunately at this time we cannot facilitate exchanges. 

At Amuze all of the items for sale are sourced only from authorized multi-brand boutiques throughout Europe.

We do not work with any 3rd party sellers to ensure all of our items are 100% authentic.

Items ship anywhere from 1-10 business days. 

Before placing an order please make sure everything is correct as we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed.

In case an item gets lost or stolen in transit, if you opt-in for the insurance option you'll either get a replacement or a refund depending on availability.

• The insurance is valid unless you authorize the carrier to deliver your package while you are not there.
• If your item is showing delivered and you did not receive it, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery date.
• Insurance is only valid once per customer / address. After one insurance claim is filed for any issues you can no longer claim insurance in the future.
• If your address has a mailroom where packages are left by carriers the insurance is invalid.
• If your address is a forwarding service the insurance is invalid
