HOW DO I KNOW IF THE MERCHANDISE IS AUTHENTIC?

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

It is possible to change your order but it must be done WITHIN 30 minutes of placing the order at checkout.

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Our shipping costs are passed along from our good friends at UPS. Upon checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated and added on based on your location.

 

HOW ABOUT SALES TAX?

Sales tax will be calculated and added to the final purchase price, if you reside in MD.

 

DO ALL ITEMS ON AMUZE COME IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING?

HELP! I NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Same deal. Contact us at support@amuze.com with your order # and the size you want to exchange it for. We will message you back with a Label attached. Pop it on and its ready to ship UPS. Once we get the item we will charge a $9.95 exchange fee and ship the exchange out. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do accept returns. You have two options for a refund: 1) An Amuze credit 2) A refund to your original form of payment minus shipping to and from your destination. Please read our full return policy here

    WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED OR WRONG?

    Don’t panic. We want you to be thrilled with your order. If you believe the package was shipped in error by AMUZE  please email us at support@amuze.com

     

    CAN I RETURN SOMETHING THAT WAS BOUGHT WITH A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT

    Yes, but you’ll only receive back the amount you paid for the item. Please make sure that it meets the return policy guidelines.

    We sure do. However, shipping rates apply accordingly.

    Yes. Your personal information is subject to our PRIVACY POLICY and your credit card information is encrypted and properly protected, both physically and electronically whenever we use it.

     

    ARE PROMOTION CODES VALID ON ALL ORDERS & DO PROMOTION CODES EXPIRE?

    Promotions are valid on most orders. However, to keep our prices as low as possible they can not be applied to all orders. If a promotion code is used on an item that is not eligible for that promotion, we will cancel the order. In addition, one promotion is valid per an order unless you are using a store credit. All promotion codes are subject to expire without notice. Promotional codes that do not expire are 1) Codes earned thru the referral program and 2) Amuze Credit. 

     

    WHAT IF I RETURN SOMETHING I PAID FOR WITH AN AMUZE CREDIT?

    You will be refunded in the form of an Amuze credit. Please note if you paid with an Amuze credit and return the item, return shipping charges will not be refunded. 

     

    DO SHIPPING DISCOUNTS INCLUDE INTERNTAITONAL ORDERS? 

    Unfortunately shipping discounts are only applicable to orders placed within the continental US.
