HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • You can place an order online through self checkout or with one of our online chat representatives. You can also place an order over the phone by calling (855) 821-6897.

WHERE CAN I VISIT AMUZE IN THE US?

  • All AMUZE products are available for purchase on our website only. We do host pop-ups, so be sure to be on the look out as we plan on visiting all major cities.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES AMUZE ACCEPT?

  • To provide our customers with flexible payment options, we accept payment in the following forms: All major credit cards including Visa, Masercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. AMUZE.com also accepts JCB and Diner's Club. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

  • We do our best to process and ship your items out as quick as possible. Please be advised, changes cannot be guaranteed. It is possible to change your order, but please do so by calling our customer support as soon as possible. No more than 30 minutes after placing your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they're placed. Our teams work diligently in processing orders as soon as they are received. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • You can track the progress of your order by logging into your AMUZE account. We send order confirmations, as well as shipping confirmations via email. Be sure to check your inbox for these notifications.

DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

  • We offer FREE standard shipping and handling on all orders within the continental US. We also offer several expedited shipping options, at an additional cost. Please refer to our Shipping and Handling section for more information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • Yes, we do! Please note shipping rates do apply.

  • Yes, 100%! We stand behind the authenticity of every product we list and sell. Occasionally, we may purchase from trusted independent suppliers. However, all paperwork is thoroughly reviewed, to ensure authenticity. In addition to thorough paperwork, products go through a multi level inspection process to ensure all goods sold on AMUZE.com are authentic.

  • We do our very best to ensure your purchase is everything you anticipated. Please contact us, as soon as possible, so we can rectify any questions or concerns. We are here to help and will always do our best to make it right.

WHAT IF I PAID VIA AMUZE CREDIT AND I WANT TO RETURN THAT ITEM? 

  • You can return the item and your refund will be processed back to your AMUZE credit. Please note shipping charges are deducted from your refund if you used your AMUZE credit to pay for the item.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

  • Yes! AMUZE gift cards can be purchased online. Gift cards do not expire and cannot be transferable. Please refer to our Gift Card page for more details.

WHY CAN’T I FIND A BRAND I WANT TO PURCHASE?

  • We try our best to provide AMUZE customers with all the luxury brands. Luxury brands including Christian Louboutin, Saint Laurent, Valentino, Gucci and more. If there is something you don’t see on our website, let us know by emailing support@amuze.com. Our expert buyers will keep an eye out on getting you the brands and styles you love.

AN ITEM I WANTED SOLD OUT! WHAT CAN I DO?

  • Unfortunately, once an item sells out, it’s sold out.

DO YOU HAVE A MOBILE APP?

  • Yes, we do! Get access to authentic, discounted designer labels by installing our app from the iOS App Store or Android Google Play Store. If you have any issues, please contact us support@amuze.com

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

  • Sales taxes will only be charged on orders that are shipped to Maryland. Other states and providences will not incur any sales taxes.

DO ALL ITEMS ON AMUZE COME IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING?

  • Most our items do come in the original packaging. However, in some unique situations, there may be missing items such as a dust bag, heel tips or the original box. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact customer support via email or by phone.

WHICH ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM DISCOUNT CODES?

  • Some items may be excluded from discount codes. You can find out whether or not an item is excluded by reading through the product description.
