WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer FREE ground shipping in the continental United States. For expedited shipping, our costs are passed along from our good friends at UPS. Upon checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated and added on based on your location.
HOW ABOUT SALES TAX?
Sales tax will be calculated and added to the final purchase price, if you reside in MD.
DO ALL ITEMS ON AMUZE COME IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING?
Most items do come in original packaging. However, we do not guarantee it. Additionally, sometimes packaging will not be in perfect condition and/or missing something like dust bags or heel tips. Same deal. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and the size you want to exchange it for. We will message you back with a Label attached. Pop it on and its ready to ship UPS. Once we get the item we will charge a $14.95 exchange fee and ship the exchange out.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do accept returns. You have two options for a refund: 1) An Amuze credit 2) A refund to your original form of payment minus shipping to and from your destination. Please read our full return policy here

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNTS ON MY ORDER?
No, we only allow one discount to be used per order.
CAN I RETURN SOMETHING THAT WAS BOUGHT WITH A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT?
Yes, but you’ll only receive back the amount you paid for the item. Please make sure that it meets the return policy guidelines.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
We sure do. However, shipping rates apply accordingly.
IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?
ARE PROMOTION CODES VALID ON ALL ORDERS & DO PROMOTION CODES EXPIRE?
Promotions are valid on most orders. However, to keep our prices as low as possible they can not be applied to all orders. Promotions do require a minimum purchase of $100 to be applicable. If a promotion code is used on an item that is not eligible for that promotion, we will cancel the order. In addition, one promotion is valid per order unless you are using store credit. All promotion codes are subject to expire without notice. Promotional codes that do not expire are 1) Codes earned thru the referral program and 2) Amuze Credit. Additionally Amuze reserves the right to cancel an order if there was a code or pricing error.
WHAT IF I RETURN SOMETHING I PAID FOR WITH AN AMUZE CREDIT?
You will be refunded in the form of an Amuze credit. Please note if you paid with an Amuze credit and return the item, return shipping charges will not be refunded.
DO SHIPPING DISCOUNTS INCLUDE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Unfortunately, shipping discounts are only applicable to orders placed within the continental US.
