How can I shop?
- For items on our website, you can place an order online through our self-checkout option. If you would like to place and order via our Instagram simply reply to the story with your email and we will send you an invoice as soon as possible.
Where can I visit Amuze in the U.S.?
All AMUZE products are currently available for purchase on either our website or our Instagram, @amuzeinc. We do host pop-ups, so be sure to follow our page and sign up for our newsletter emails for announcements as we plan on visiting all major cities.
What forms of payment does Amuze accept?
- To provide our customers with flexible payment options, we accept payment in the following forms: All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Affirm and JCB.
Why are some of your items on Instagram and not on your site?
- Not all items on our Instagram are on our site and vice versa. Our instagram has the best deals but our website has a wider selection of items to cater to everyone. Both are great in their own way!
Can I change my order?
We do our best to process and ship your items out to you as quickly as possible. Please be advised, changes cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to make a change with your order please do so by calling our customer support team as soon as possible, preferably no more than 30 minutes after placing your order. Can I cancel my order?
- Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they're placed. Our teams work diligently in processing orders as soon as they are received even if on pre-order.
How can I track my order?
- You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into your AMUZE account. Both order and shipping confirmations will be sent to you via email as soon as they become available. Be sure to check your inbox for these notifications. If you still have not received updates, please make sure to check your spam.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we do! Please note international shipping rates do apply and if shipping outside the USA, duties/taxes are not included. We are unable to provide return labels for international orders at this time.
Do you guarantee authenticity?
Yes, 100%! We stand behind the authenticity of every product we list and sell. All paperwork is thoroughly reviewed to ensure authenticity. In addition to thorough paperwork, products go through a multi-level inspection process to ensure all goods sold on AMUZE.com and Amuze’s Instagram are authentic.
What is the Amuze authentication process?
We pride ourselves in providing our customers with authentic designer labels at a discount. Our expert buyers ensure all products are coming from authorized sellers before they go live on our website and Instagram.

What if I placed my order through Instagram?
All Instagram orders are returnable for AMUZE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of the delivered date. If an item is sent back after 14 days, the item will be sent back to you and a $15 reshipping fee will apply.
There’s an issue with my order, can Amuze help?
- We do our very best to ensure your purchase is everything you anticipated. Please contact us, as soon as possible, so we can rectify any questions or concerns. We are here to help and will always do our best to make it right.
Can I purchase a gift card?
- Yes! AMUZE gift cards can be purchased via email. Gift cards do not expire and cannot be transferable. Please reach out to a customer service representative for further information. Email us any time at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
- Yes! AMUZE gift cards can be purchased online. Gift cards do not expire and cannot be transferable. Please refer to our Gift Card page for more details.
- We try our best to provide AMUZE customers with all the luxury brands. Luxury brands including Christian Louboutin, Saint Laurent, Valentino, Gucci and more. If there is something you don’t see on our website, let us know by emailing email@example.com. Our expert buyers will keep an eye out on getting you the brands and styles you love.
An item I wanted sold out! What can I do?
Unfortunately, once an item sells out, it’s sold out. If you are looking for any item in particular, reach out to the Amuze team and we will try our best to source as we are able.
Do you have a mobile app?
- Yes, we do! Get access to authentic, discounted designer labels by installing our app from the iOS App Store or Android Google Play Store. If you have any issues, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you charge sales tax?
- Sales taxes will only be charged on orders that are shipped to Maryland. Other states and providences will not incur any sales taxes.
Do all items on Amuze come in the original Packaging?
- Most our items do come in the original packaging. However, in some unique situations, there may be missing items such as a dust bag, heel tips or the original box. Additionally, once in a while the packaging may not be in perfect condition. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact customer support via email or by phone.
Which items are excluded from discount codes?
Some items may be excluded from discount codes. You can find out whether or not an item is excluded by reading through the product description. Instagram orders are not eligible for promotional codes due to their already lowered price.
Do you have a referral program?
- Yes, we do! Simply navigate to the Referral page, enter your email address and share your referral coupon via email, Facebook or Twitter. Receive a complimentary $25 AMUZE credit every time someone makes a purchase. See our Referral page for more details.
