We offer FREE ground shipping in the continental United States. For expedited shipping, our costs are passed along from our good friends at UPS. Upon checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated and added on based on your location.

Most items do come in original packaging. However, we do not guarantee it. Additionally, sometimes packaging will not be in perfect condition and/or missing something like dust bags or heel tips. Yes, but you’ll only receive back the amount you paid for the item. Please make sure that it meets the return policy guidelines.
We sure do. However, shipping rates apply accordingly.
Promotions are valid on most orders. However, to keep our prices as low as possible they can not be applied to all orders. Promotions do require a minimum purchase of $100 to be applicable. If a promotion code is used on an item that is not eligible for that promotion, we will cancel the order. In addition, one promotion is valid per order unless you are using store credit. All promotion codes are subject to expire without notice. Promotional codes that do not expire are 1) Codes earned thru the referral program and 2) Amuze Credit. Additionally Amuze reserves the right to cancel an order if there was a code or pricing error.
You will be refunded in the form of an Amuze credit. Please note if you paid with an Amuze credit and return the item, return shipping charges will not be refunded.
