RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer return labels shipping on international orders. Like U.S. orders, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. International customers are responsible for all import and duties on returned merchandise.

STARTING A RETURNIf you would like to start a return and a return label was not included in your package, please DM us @amuzeinc should you meet the return requirements per our policy. Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded.
THE RETURN PROCESS
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved by the Amuze team, we will proceed with the return accordingly. If the returned item(s) is packaged improperly and/or arrives damaged/incomplete, AMUZE reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange. Please note, the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Standard return shipping fee currently processes $15 if within the U.S. If an international order, international return shipping fees will apply. Exchange fees will vary depending on location.
All expedited shipping charges are non refundable at this time.
